5:30 to 7:30 with Misha & the Bear The Irish group mischa and the bear is a Dublin-based alt-pop duo formed in early 2025. The duo, consisting of producer Mischa and vocalist Bear, operates from their shared bedroom studio, creating music that blends synth-pop, witch-house, and electropop elements. Their work is characterized by DIY culture, digital intimacy, and visual chaos, and they have quickly become one of Ireland’s most exciting new acts. In 2026, they were named a Rising Artist by RTÉ 2FM and secured a Silver Selection at the Berlin Music Video Awards. They debuted in 2025 with their first single “Deny,” which has been praised for its industrial textures, distorted beats, and haunting intensity.
