Join Hometree (https://www.hometree.ie/) in Mud Island for a fun, hands-on family workshop exploring Ireland’s native trees, wildlife and the importance of restoring nature. Through interactive activities, nature based crafts and simple ecological games, children and adults will discover how healthy woodlands support biodiversity, tackle climate change and create thriving places for people and wildlife. Together, we’ll explore the garden, learn to identify native species, and take part in a practical nature restoration activity. This workshop is designed for families of all ages and encourages curiosity, creativity and a deeper connection with the natural world.
